These terms govern your use of the DigitAction website, as well as any service or deliverable provided by DigitAction.

DigitAction is an independent digital agency based in Montreal. We offer website creation, online booking systems, and video production services.

Use of the Website
You agree to use this site for lawful purposes only.
You may not misuse the site, attempt to access restricted areas, or copy its content without permission.
Services and Pricing
DigitAction offers website creation, booking system, and video production services. Pricing, inclusions, and timelines are those set out in the offer selected at the time of order, or in a written agreement between the parties. A deposit may be required to confirm an order; it is then applied to the total project price.
The client must provide accurate content and any authorizations required for its use. Rights to deliverables are transferred only in accordance with the applicable offer or agreement, and after full payment has been received.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
If cancellation occurs before work has begun, amounts paid are refunded in full. If cancellation occurs after work has begun, the refund corresponds to the unearned portion of the project, minus the value of work already performed and expenses incurred. For video services, cancellation is free before production begins; once production has begun, amounts corresponding to work performed and expenses incurred may be withheld.
No refund is provided after full delivery and acceptance of the project, subject to rights provided by law. If DigitAction cancels a project or is unable to provide the agreed service, the portion not provided is refunded. Refund requests must be sent to contact@digitaction.com; we acknowledge receipt within a maximum of 5 business days. This policy does not guarantee that every request will be accepted, and it does not limit the rights provided under the laws applicable in Quebec and Canada.
Third-Party Services
This site and our services rely on third-party providers, including Stripe for payment processing and Framer for site hosting. Use of these services is also subject to those providers' own terms of use.
We do not guarantee the continued availability of these services, which are beyond our control.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, DigitAction is not liable for indirect damages, interruptions, technical issues, or reliance on information provided on this site.
Nothing in these terms is intended to remove any rights that cannot be excluded under the laws applicable in Quebec and Canada, including those under the Consumer Protection Act.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time.
Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
